Looking for some creative play this summer? Well look no further, as we’re filling Woolwich Centre Library with collage joy on Sat 3 August! Collage Club LDN will provide you with a space to snip, sip and be social with other collage enthusiasts and friends during this free, all-ages drop in. You’ll find the usual array of Collage Club treasures to get stuck in with, which you can use to create your own cut and paste artworks inspired by summer gardens, flowers and projects found in the pages of You Will Be Able to Collage by the End of This Book, written by Collage Club LDN founder, Steph Hartman.
The session will be self-guided, but Steph will be on hand with tips, tricks and encouragement if you’re totally new to collaging!
We’ll provide:
Found imagery
Paper
Cards
Painted papers
Shapes
Tapes
Scissors
Glue
You’re also welcome to bring along snippets, sketchbooks and imagery from home if you’ve got a project on the go.
Bring your mates, dates, family and besties, or come solo and meet new people! Crafty families are very welcome too. No prior experience is needed and all abilities are welcome.
The event is free to attend and tables will be allocated on a first come first served basis. Please RSVP so we can keep track of numbers for the day.
